Working from a creative brief supplied by Disney Consumer Products, I developed a character-shaped plate inspired by the side profile of Lightning McQueen from Disney·Pixar's Cars.
Using SolidWorks, I translated the two-dimensional concept into a three-dimensional product design, developing the form and functional details.
I then arranged the manufacture of a physical prototype, which was shipped to Disney Consumer Products for display at the Paris licensing exhibition, helping demonstrate the potential for new licensed consumer products.
